Innovation Explorers is guided by nonprofit Bizgenics Foundation, RankHI Digital Marketing and Bizgenics HaccUp Accelerator. These sponsors, offer practical experience and career pathway mentorship into the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship and startup business. INEXHI includes hands-on experiences in software applications development, digital publishing, multi-media, environmental sustainability, community service and a variety of “hackathon” experiences, for both technical and non-technical individuals.

INEXHI adult leaders include three Eagle Scouts at Bizgenics Foundation who went on to become entrepreneurs (Steve Sue, Myron Nakata and Mark Loughridge), the very best web guru in Hawaii, John LeBlanc (Life Scout), and a number of leaders from Hawaii’s Scouting BSA Aloha Chapter.
